What was the project at Regio Rivierenland?

The development of an evaluation tool for management to monitor and adjust its (interim) results. A Performance Scorecard (BI) was developed based on a number of themes, objectives, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

What were the challenges in implementing Trusted-ID solutions?
A non-automated delivery of various types of data from many different sources. This mostly involved manually entered and (already) interpreted data. Identifying KPIs related to the objectives of the government and the municipality. Gaining insight into the connections and correlations between the various themes.

What are the results?
The production of a Performance Score Card (PSC). PSC has an intuitive user interface that allows performance in various policy areas to be compared against objectives and easily monitored.

Reporting and alerting are also possible, which can serve as a basis on which plans can be adjusted.
