What was the project at the IND?

Use IGA as an IAM staging area for all source systems to function as a collection point and source for compiling and sending reports (e.g., on assets per employee, department, organization, etc.)

What were the challenges in implementing our solutions?
Merging all the different source systems into IGA and linking overlapping assets from different source systems. Linking assets from different source systems to the same and correct people.

What are the results?
The IGA reporting module, Reporting, allows users to configure an infinite number of reporting configurations. From a single asset for a single person on a single day to all assets from all departments from any starting date. Initially, we report only to operational managers, including all assets per employee within the department.
