What was the project at Achmea?

Offer Achmea customers the option to log in to their extranet. Customers can then view their Achmea contracts (after logging in with their DigiD).

What were the challenges in implementing Trusted-ID solutions?
Maintaining system performance was a major challenge. Achmea has 2M+ customers, and managing them all is a challenge. Smart synchronization rules and optimization of the synchronization engine were key to this project. Unnecessary actions and processing times for 2M+ objects increase processing time by hours.

What are the results?
Based on Achmea source data with 2M+ records, accounts are now created and managed in two LDAP directories in a timely manner. This ensures fast and secure access to Achmea’s extranet.
