What was the project at Fagron?

Providing a Hybrid IAM solution as a service. The solution links to PeopleInc, TOPdesk and (Azure) Active Directory to automate the Identity & Access Management process.

What were the challenges in implementing our solutions?
A Hybrid IAM solution essentially faces the same challenges as fully on-premises IAM solutions, plus running Hybrid Syncs between the on-premises and cloud parts of the IAM solution. By running part of it in the cloud, we are more aware of issues such as performance and efficiency. Of course, you can simply adjust the “dial” with computing power, but not everything can be solved by throwing money at it.

What are the results?
The first version of the Hybrid IAM solution for Fagron is in acceptance and will be put into production at the end of 2018. This is followed by expansions with, among other things, ABAC.
