What were the challenges in implementing Trusted-ID solutions?
In this project, the large number of responsibilities changes, posed a significant risk. A proper introduction of process thinking and the threat of scope creep were other risk factors.

What are the results?
Implementing a Governance system: A variance analysis now clearly shows the differences between authorizations obtained and those actually issued.
