What was the project at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations of Netherlands?
A requirements assessment, including a functional and technical design, and the implementation of a basic IAM facility in accordance with Dutch government standards. The new environment had to be integrated with P-Direkt and the AD environment.
What were the challenges in implementing Trusted-ID solutions?
Mapping out the processes for the requirements analysis and negotiating with system owners of the connected environments were the major challenges in this project. Scope creep, creating awareness, and the numerous changes in project leadership were also risk factors.
What are the results?
The development of an IAM framework based on IMRA 3.0 and Microsoft ILM. Unfortunately, this IAM framework was never put into production.
