What was the project at the (undisclosed) ministry?
First, a new functional and technical design was delivered. Next, a basic IAM facility was built in accordance with the Dutch government standard, and the connections with P-Direkt, the Service Desk, and the AD were established, as well as with the National Government Directory and FM Haaglanden.
What were the challenges in implementing our solutions?
Mapping processes, Scope creep, creating awareness, introducing a different approach to the Facility Management system, negotiating with system owners of the environments to be connected.
What are the results?
An IAM environment based on the IMRA 4.0 framework, with various integrations including AD, the National Government Portal, the Service Desk, and the FM Haaglanden facility environment.
The entire system is managed and expanded by Trusted-ID.
