To deliver a rich TOPdesk coupling whereby personnel cards are processed based on the data from the IAM-system (IBIS).
What were the challenges of implementing our solutions?
Besides updating the personnel cards, ZorgSpectrum wanted to create change-tickets in TOPdesk based on events that happened in the IAM-sytem (onboarding, cross-boarding, offboarding).
What are the results?
