What was the project at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency?

The agency wanted to provide services necessary resources and tools to employees in a structured manner. In a profile, based on job-roles and organizational roles, facility information is included, but also ICT-related facilities such as applications, shares, and authorizations in systems.

The goal was to have one portal that provides control over multiple workflows. In this manner, control is centralized and the manager relieved of (micro)managing facilities.

What were the challenges when implementing Trusted-ID solutions?

Fitting and tuning together multiple parties (Topdesk, Dictu, and Economic Affairs) was essential in this project. Because each partner had their own maturity level this meant that our IAM solution required great flexibility in connecting to different systems and controlling the processes.

What are the results?

The Asset management module of IBIS enables the client to compose profiles that are linked to job titles and organizations (and/or departments) and then automatically handles the correct en necessary facilities when an employee comes in or is reassigned.

The module is connected to the standard inflow, flow, and outflow process of employees, which guarantees the actuality of data.

Multiple partners receive data in the format they require, and are enabled to return data in the format they want.
