IAM at Ministry of Social Affairs
What was the Ministry of Social Affairs project?
Connecting an IAM basis to the existing phone-guide. Presenting a functional- and technical design before implementation.
What were the challenges of implementing our solutions?

Process-thinking, Scope-creep, creating awareness, exchanging responsibilities, negotiating with systemowners of the environments that have to be connected were the challenges that arose from using the old phone-guide as an identity store.
