Connecting an IAM basis to the existing phone-guide. Presenting a functional- and technical design before implementation.

What were the challenges of implementing our solutions?

The old phone-guide was used as a identity store and served as the authoritative source for many other systems. Process-thinking, Scope-creep, creating awareness, exchanging responsibilities, negotiating with systemowners of the environments that have to be connected were the challenges that arose from using the old phone-guide as an identity store.

What are the results?

Delivering an Identity Management Framework based on IMRA 3.0 and IBIS 3.0.

vOrg (a predecessor of TreeManager) was used to connect P-Direkt and the executive organizations of the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Connections with the Rijksportaal (government portal), the facility FMH environment and many more.

Application management is fulfilled by Trusted-ID.
