What was the project at Fagron?
Supplying an Hybrid IAM-solution as a service. The solution was connected to PeopleInc, Topdesk and (Azure) Active Directory in order to automate the Identity & Access Management process.
What were the challenges of implementing our solutions?
An Hybrid IAM-solution has the same challenges as a fully on-premises IAM-solution, and also the added Hybrid syncs between the on-premises and cloud parts of the IAM-solution. Running part of the solution in the cloud made us more aware of issues like performance and efficiency. It’s possible to “turn up” the processing power although this does not work with everything.
What are the results?
The first version of the Hybrid IAM-solution for Fagron is in acceptance and will be taken into production by the end of 2018. More expansions are scheduled afterwards such as ABAC.
Data cleansing of sources and target systems matching them with PeopleInc and Topdesk.
Special accounts management (externals, resource owners, managers, admins, helpdesk)
User management en group management in place
Logging and Reporting over matching %
Automated onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding processes
Data enrichment: managing, updating and sending data to PeopleInc
Creating Personcards and tickets in TOPdesk
Making it easy to on-board new acquisitions
